Hot 8 Yoga

Not only a great place with the most amazing instructors, they remember everyone’s name and greet you with the warmest welcome. This place has got a nice essential oil odour, the studio is clean and very relaxing. My favourite classes are Hot Power Fusion and Yin, Tiffany’s my favourite teacher!! She’s the best.

This studio is really a Hot 10/10! My welcome week was phenomenal. Launching off at the Santa Monica location, Karma at the front desk greeted me at the front door and gave me the grand tour. She made me feel super welcomed; introducing me to the other staff members and made sure I had everything needed for class. I signed up for Sculpt which combines weights and yoga. This class will completely chisel you down to the ideal version of yourself. It’s a tough workout but Alexa brings great energy and music to make the experience more enlivening than anything else.

WOW!!! I can't speak highly enough of Hot 8 Yoga! Practicing here has been a completely transformative experience for me mentally/emotionally and physically. I had never been a yogi before for, honestly, I never found a yoga class that I didn't get bored at. That all changed the first time I went to Hot 8 Yoga. I became addicted after my very first class! It took only a couple of classes for me to get acclimated to the heat but the instructors (whom I did tell I was brand new before class started) were so caring, helpful and informative letting me know what to expect, what to do if the heat is too much, etc. The instructors and staff are beyond terrific and truly care about each and every one of their students as individuals and as a community in sharing the best yoga practice ever! The Santa Monica location feels like a spa beyond a yoga classroom! I have never been a yogi before but Hot 8 Yoga has now made me one. Whether I am having a good day or a bad day, when I leave each practice, my mind and body are in a state of complete euphoria and deep relaxation which I have never experienced anywhere else before. And, the wonders it does to my body! I have several lumbar spine and hip issues which I have had to have regular epidural cortisone shots to help alleviate the pain. Since I started coming to Hot 8 Yoga, a lot of that pain is being relieved naturally now just from their classes. I love Hot 8 Yoga so much and wish I had discovered them a lot sooner!!!! *************

I'm having a fantastic experience at Hot Yoga 8 in Santa Monica. I love Tiffany and Erin's power class as well as Lexi and Nancy's barre class. The studio is exceptionally clean, the staff and fellow yogis are welcoming, and the free parking across the street is a great convenience. I highly recommend it for a top-notch yoga experience.

I love Hot 8!! The Santa Monica staff is so kind and the flows are always creative, challenging, and intuitive. Have never left a class feeling unsatisfied. Looking forward to exploring their other locations!
